What You Can Actually Do Here

Everything iTogether does falls into four kinds of support: a network of people, training to build the right way, an affordable platform to build on, and hands-on help launching real ventures.

Getting Started

Learn and Connect

A low-barrier way in for students, early-career professionals, community organizers, and anyone curious about founding something — no commitment required to start learning.

  • Public essays, short courses, and workshops on our approach and the case for empathy-first entrepreneurship
  • General AI training and other short courses
  • Local and virtual chapters that host discussion circles and community mapping sessions — conversations about whose need is going unmet
Our Flagship Program

The Entrepreneur Leadership Academy

Training and coaching, built as a cohort-based journey through our 9-Stage Cycle, paired with individual coaching. Four tracks, depending on where you're starting from.

6–8 Weeks

Foundations Track

For: Aspiring founders just starting to explore an idea.

You leave with: Our founding orientation, a practical questioning toolkit, and a validated idea worth building.

3–6 Months, Cohort

Builder Track

For: Founders with a committed idea, ready to design it properly.

You leave with: A real plan, shaped through peer review and honest outside challenge.

4–6 Weeks

Governance & Launch Track

For: Founders approaching launch.

You leave with: A complete governance plan — access, structure, fairness, care, and accountability — ready to launch responsibly.

Ongoing, One-on-One

Fellows Coaching

For: Graduated founders running a live venture.

You leave with: Ongoing coaching through your first honest report and beyond, plus our mentor and investor network.

The curriculum is built to train founders for the brand-new AI-era roles — people who guide how AI tools get used, build trust with the community, and check that everything is done responsibly — for which no formal training exists yet.

Building Affordably

The Innovation Enablement Platform

The practical infrastructure that lets a trained founder actually build.

  • The iTogether Community platform — a space for collaboration, shared learning, and idea exchange, open to every member
  • A pre-configured, open-source data and AI platform, so a founder doesn't have to pay to rebuild basic technical infrastructure from scratch — this is what makes launching an AI-native venture affordable for people who could never otherwise afford it
Building Together

The Collaborative Project Studio

Sometimes iTogether doesn't just train a founder — it co-builds the venture directly, in two stages.

Incubation

For the first 18–24 months, the venture operates as a project under the iTogether umbrella, funded through a mix of our Innovation Fund, grants, and partner contributions, with founders drawn from Academy graduates and the wider network.

Spin-Off

Once a venture proves it can operate responsibly and reach the people it's meant to serve, it becomes its own independent company or social enterprise — with a small return recycled back into the fund to seed the next project.

Every studio project completes a full governance plan before it graduates, and files its first honest report within a year of spinning off.

Bringing It Together

Network and Membership

Every program above depends on the same thing: a trust-based community of founders, mentors, subject-matter experts, and mission-aligned organizations who are willing to collaborate, refer opportunities, and hold one another accountable. That's what membership at iTogether actually connects you to.
